Training for Right to Reside and Habitual Residency Test for EU nationals

Diversity Voice is running training free of charge for social workers, family getset workers, advice workers from different organisations, which will support Hinkley Point Families and workers.

We have been working with your colleagues for over the last 10 years. Over the years we have witnessed how difficult it could be to work with families from ethnic minorities. This is due to very complicated rules, which both British government and European Union put in place to protect vulnerable people.
We offer to deliver the Right to Reside and the Habitual Residency Test for EU citizens.
Our trainers are qualified Right to Reside and Habitual Residency Test trainers.
We also have experience, gained over many years, of helping with appeals to tribunals.
Diversity Voice has been awarded funding from HPC Community fund to run training free of charge for social workers, family getset workers, advice workers from different organisations, which will support Hinkley Point Families and workers.
